1) How do I install the plugin?

If you are using a mac, the plugin can be found here. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/7518

If you are using a PC with Firefox, the plugin can be found here. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/636

If you are using a PC with IE, the plugin comes in a package with acrobat reader, which can be found here. http://get.adobe.com/reader/

2) Nothing happens when I click print?

Check that you are using the correct file formats (jpg,png,gif,doc,xls,pdf).

Check that you have selected a file and a watermark.

3) How do I open "watermark-download.zip?

If you already have a program that can unzip files, then use that program and unzip the file to your desired location.

If you do not have an unzip program, you can get a free program here. http://www.win-rar.com/downloadnow.html

Download the version for your operating system and install the program.

Once the program is installed, go back to scryptic and print the watermarked image one more time.

When prompted with the Watermark-download.zip message, user can now unzip it with the new program.

Free Account

Level 1 pay account

Level 2 pay account

Level 3 pay account

Also a TRIAL account, which is used for demo purposes for potential clients.

5) How can I watermark more pages"?

If you can only watermark 3 or fewer images, that is because you are using a free trial account. To watermark more images, you would need to sign up for a pay account.
